Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping processing time
All orders are processed within 1-4 days. Certain products are made on demand and must be handcrafted. Orders containing handcrafted products may take an additional 1-5 days to complete. Orders of 1,000 tokens or more may require special manufacturing and sometimes require an additional 5-15 days to process and complete. Orders might not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays depending on the shipping provider and method selected by the customer.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few a days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping delivery estimates
USPS First-Class Mail > 2-3 days
USPS Priority Mail > 1-3 days
USPS Priority Mail Express > 1-2 days
Delivery delays can usually occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
TacticalTokens.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
TacticalTokens.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applies to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
TacticalTokens.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
